Salon Policy

 
Late Arrival Policy

It is vital that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will be cut short or
you may be required to reschedule
( a reschedule charge of 50% of the treatment booked will apply )
Please call if you are running late

Cancellation Policy

Due to the shortage of appointments we kindly request clients
contact the salon a.s.a.p. if they are unable to keep their appointment

Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance
will not be charged

Cancellations made less than 12 hours
will incur a £5 reschedule charge

Missed appointments

Will be charged 50% of the price of the treatment booked

We understand that emergencies do happen
However, regular breaches of the late arrival and cancellation policy
will result in all future appointments being cancelled


Surcharge's

From time to time some clients leave far too long between
their appointments and as a result their nails are in such a
poor state they require additional work above that of an infill

In these circumstances there will be a surcharge of between £5 & £10
Any surcharge will be explained prior to any treatment
taking place and is in addition to any repairs


Children policy

As a result of Health and Safety it is our policy that children
will not be allowed to accompany clients during their treatments

Children in these circumstances are anyone
under the age of 16, including babies and young children

Clients unable to comply with this policy should
cancel their appointment as no treatment will take place

Children aged 14 years and over will be allowed to have treatments
but only when pre - booked and accompanied by an appropriate adult
