We recommend you apply cuticle oil and or a hand cream on a daily basis

Ten commandments
1. Do not pick or bite your enhancements, this can lead to weakening
and or breaks which may cause damage to your natural nails
2. Wear rubber gloves when doing the dishes or housework,
detergents and solvents can be harmful. Wear gloves also for gardening
3. Apply cuticle oil and or hand cream on a daily basis
4. Nail enhancements should not be used as tools,
so no pulling your laundry out of the washing machine
with your nails or pulling can ring pulls etc
5. Be very careful when opening car doors, putting on seat belts,
opening cupboards, zipping up jeans etc all these things can cause breaks
6. If you notice any lifting do not pick or bite at it. But don't ignore it

7. When removing nail varnish only ever use non acetone remover
8. Treat your enhancements like you would your own nails, if not better
9. Ensure you keep them at a practical, manageable length for your lifestyle
10. Nail enhancements for various reasons, do not suit everyone
If you decide they are not for you, only have them removed
by a professional to avoid damage to the natural nail
